These terms govern free use of the DWÓCH website operated by the Provider. They cover the homepage, IT page, project presentations, feature configurator, workstation planner and enquiry preparation.
What the website provides
The website presents website and store development, plugins, booking systems, AI agents, photography and video, and IT equipment and services. You can view projects and prepare requirements for a project discussion.
Configurators are illustrative tools. They are not quotations, availability confirmations, bookings or orders. The website does not provide user accounts, a shopping basket or online payments. Feature examples show possible implementations rather than active client services.
Requirements and acceptable use
To use the published website, you need an internet-connected device and an up-to-date browser. Interactive features require JavaScript. Preparing an email requires a configured email application or mailto handler; alternatively, write directly to our email address.
Do not provide unlawful content, infringe others’ rights, send spam or interfere with the website’s operation or security. Only provide data and materials you are entitled to share.
Enquiries and commissioned work
“Prepare an email” opens a draft in your email application. You decide whether to send it. Adding configurator selections only fills in the enquiry text. Neither action concludes a contract for paid project work.
Scope, price, timing, payments, licences and support are agreed separately before commissioning work. Website information invites enquiries rather than making a binding offer for a specific contract. Mandatory rights of consumers and sole traders entitled to consumer protection remain unaffected.
Starting and ending use
Free access to content starts when you open the website; use of a tool starts when you activate it. You may stop at any time by closing the window or leaving the page, without charge. Closing the website does not recall an email already sent.
These terms are available free of charge. You can save the page or use the print button, including to save a PDF copy.
Materials and links
Website text, visual design, code and materials are protected to the extent provided by law. Rights to client trademarks and materials belong to their respective rights holders. Use beyond statutory permitted uses requires the appropriate licence or permission.
Project links open independent websites. Their operators are responsible for their current content, availability and terms of use.
Problems and complaints
Report problems with the website or its free tools to biuro@dwóch.pl or write to our business address. Describe the issue and provide a way to reply; the page address, incident date and browser name may help.
We will respond no later than 14 days after receiving the complaint. Complaints about separately commissioned services are handled under the relevant contract and applicable law.
Privacy and updates
How we process personal data is explained in the privacy policy. These terms cover use of this website only and do not replace an individual services agreement.
We may update these terms when website functions, business details or applicable law change. The new dated version applies to use after it is made available and does not amend paid project terms already agreed. Polish law applies to matters not covered here, without restricting protection under mandatory law.
