01

Who is responsible for your data

The service provider and data controller is Kacper Skibiński, trading as PROJEKT PIEKNO KACPER SKIBIŃSKI, Długa 9, 86-300 Grudziądz, Poland, NIP 8762520363. Contact: biuro@dwóch.pl.

This policy covers the website presenting our services, its configurators and enquiry correspondence. For data protection matters, email the address above or write to our business address.

02

Contact and configurators

We process the sender’s email address and information you choose to include, such as your name, business name, phone number and requirements. Providing data is voluntary, but we need a contact address to reply.

The form prepares a draft in your email application. It does not send the message automatically or save its contents in a website database. Selected features and workstation numbers are processed in your browser; we receive them when you send the email. Your email provider determines how drafts are stored in your email application.

Do not include passwords, access credentials or sensitive information such as health data in your enquiry.

03

Purposes and legal bases

  • Preparing a proposal at your request: steps before entering into a contract — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, where you are the prospective contracting party.
  • Other enquiries and contact with business representatives: our legitimate interest in correspondence and business cooperation — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
  • Complaints and data rights requests: compliance with legal obligations — Article 6(1)(c) GDPR; otherwise, our legitimate interest in resolving the matter — Article 6(1)(f).
  • Website security and establishing, pursuing or defending claims: our legitimate interest in protecting the website and our rights — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
04

Hosting, email and data recipients

The selected hosting and email provider for dwóch.pl is LH.pl sp. z o.o., based in Poznań, Poland. Once the website is launched, the provider will process the data needed to host it and handle correspondence. LH.pl states that it uses data centres in Poland. Provider information ↗

Data may be accessed by authorised people handling correspondence, IT support or legal advisers where necessary for a particular matter, and authorities entitled to receive it by law. Data processors are engaged under appropriate data protection arrangements.

In this configuration, we do not plan to transfer data outside the European Economic Area. Your own email provider may process data under different terms described in its policy.

05

How long we keep data

We keep correspondence for the time needed to answer your enquiry and conclude discussions. Where it is necessary to perform a contract, we keep it during performance. Information needed to evidence arrangements or protect legal claims may be retained until the relevant limitation period expires; records subject to a legal retention duty are kept for the period required by law.

After publication, technical logs are used to operate and secure the website. Their retention depends on the LH.pl service settings and the need to investigate security events; we do not use them to build advertising profiles. Backups expire according to the retention cycle of the selected service.

06

Cookies and technical data

The current website does not set its own cookies, use advertising or analytics tools, or save configurator selections in localStorage or sessionStorage. Fonts, images and scripts are served with the website. There are no embedded third-party players or AI chats.

When you visit the published website, the server may record technical information such as your IP address, request time, requested page, browser details and errors. A local preview does not use external hosting. Before introducing tools requiring consent, we will update this information and provide the appropriate choice.

07

Your rights

Subject to the GDPR, you may access, correct or erase your data, restrict processing and obtain data portability where processing is automated and based on consent or a contract. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. To exercise your rights, contact biuro@dwóch.pl. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office. UODO ↗

08

Automation and external websites

We do not make solely automated decisions about visitors that produce legal or similarly significant effects, or conduct such profiling. The configurator summarises selected options rather than evaluating you. AI agent examples describe our services; they do not process your message as an AI service on this website.

When you follow links to project websites or other external services, their operators’ policies apply. The current version of this policy is available in the footer. Updates will reflect actual changes to features, providers or applicable law.
